Successfully acquired the first hydropower project - Sanjiangkou Hydropower Station (62.5MW), showing the entry of business into Hunan Province.

Completed the construction of the first hydropower project – expansion project in left bank of Sanjiangkou Hydropower Station; in the same year, completed the acquisition of the first project in Hubei and Guizhou, marking the business expansion in Hubei and Guizhou.

Completed the acquisition of the first project in Sichuan, Yunnan and Guangxi, marking the entry of business into Guangxi, Sichuan and Yunnan; and completed series A round of financing.

Completed series B round of financing, completed the project acquisition in Fujian Province, and expanded the business segment to Fujian, with the acquisition scale of exceeding 100MW in this year.

The scale of installation capacity for power generation reached 550MW, and completed series C1 round of financing in August the same year

Completed series C2 round of financing.

Completed the project acquisition in Xinjiang and Zhejiang, marking the entry of business into Zhejiang and Xinjiang. In the same year, the scale of installation capacity for power generation exceeded 1000MW.

Completed the acquisition of 39 hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of 193.285MW under State Grid (Xinjiang), expanded the business territory of Xinjiang; meanwhile, the total scale of installation capacity exceeded 1400MW.
